(4)Cruden Bay Golf Club

Cruden Bay Cruden Bay is located about half and hour north of Aberdeen in the north east of Scotland. Although this is not a British Open Championship course it is highly regarded and has been included in lists of the best courses in the world. This is an extremely popular course overlooked by the dramatic and eerie, Slains Castle. Bram Stoker is said to have been inspired to write Dracula, by this castle.

There are many demanding holes especially when there is wind (and there is plenty of that)! He par 3 4th hole has a great setting with the Water of Cruden on one side and the quaint old village of Cruden Bay overseeing proceedings from the far bank. Generally into the prevailing wind this is a very good links golf hole at 193 yards in length. After a very satisfying round of golf, spend time enjoying the view over the course from the elevated clubhouse. Cruden Bay provides an unforgettable golfing experience.
